These Terms of Use ("Terms") set forth the conditions for the purchase and use of CBD products sold through the website operated by Humacology K.K. ("the Company"). Please read these Terms carefully before using this website ("the Site"), and only proceed if you agree.

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

These Terms apply to all services and products ("the Services") provided through the Site, and define the rights and obligations between users ("Users") and the Company.

Article 2 (Prohibited Acts)

Users shall not engage in the following activities:

  2. Providing false or misleading information
  3. Any action that interferes with the operation of the Services
  4. Infringement of the intellectual property, privacy, reputation, or other rights and interests of the Company or third parties

Article 3 (Product Purchases)

Users shall confirm product details displayed on the Site and submit a purchase request through the method prescribed by the Company.

  1. All displayed prices include consumption tax.
  2. As a general rule, cancellations after the completion of the purchase process are not accepted.

Article 4 (Shipping, Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges)

  1. Products are shipped only within Japan. We do not offer international shipping.
  2. Orders will be shipped within business days as defined by the Company after the order is confirmed.
  3. To ensure customer satisfaction, we accept returns, refunds, or exchanges even after the product has been opened or used.

Article 5 (Health-Related Warnings)

  1. The CBD products sold by the Company are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any specific disease.
  2. Individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have pre-existing medical conditions should consult a physician before use.
  3. Cancellations after completing the purchase process are generally not accepted; however, we accept returns, refunds, and exchanges at no cost, so please feel confident when shopping with us.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users as a result of using the Services, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company.
  2. The Company is not liable for any inability to use the Services due to natural disasters, network issues, or system failures caused by external service providers beyond our control.

Article 7 (Intellectual Property)

All content on the Site, including images, text, and logos, is the property of the Company or third parties with legitimate rights. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
